 3.       Break a leg: You can lose weight by eating less only, but that wouldn't burn all the fats and extra bulges on your arms, legs, face, etc. To take away all those unwanted meat there, you just have to do a little exercise routine that won’t strain so much but create a great effect on your physical features. Say to firm up your butt and thighs you can do a few reps of step-up exercise. This is one of the oldest but definitely strongest repetitive exercises that work on your hamstrings and quadriceps without putting a lot of force on your knees and feet.
